Matt came in and cleaned all the vents in my house and provided some good tips and information in the process. He let me know the vents were already pretty clean before he started and mentioned to keep an eye on the pet hair going into the intakes.

They showed up on time, took care not to damage the walls or flooring, and even set aside some of the things that were found in the ducts just in case we wanted to see them before throwing them away. Thorough, well priced, and effective. Will be hiring them again next time we need our carpets & ducts cleaned.
