Two words...tough love!!! Amanda knows which questions to ask and how to analyze food intake/nutrition unlike anyone else I've worked with in the past. I was experiencing adrenal fatigue and intermittent bouts of depression and had an interest in getting off some of the medications I was taking. As a personal trainer, I tried everything I thought would help me get back on track but I couldn't get out of my "rut". My doctor told me that I needed to increase my fat/cholesterol intake, which I thought was absurd. I decided it was time to consult with someone who understood nutrition and supplementation as well as what it takes to maintain good health. Amanda had me do a 7 day food diary to see what I was eating on a consistent basis so she could assess what I was doing right then compare those results to my deficient areas. Needless to say, she too determined that my saturated fat/cholesterol levels were too low. She also looked at what was missing from my diet and got me on some different vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Within about a week I started feeling some improvement but still didn't feel like myself. After a month of making some additional adjustments, I'm happy to say that Amanda got me back on track and feeling good again. If you're looking to lose some weight, increase your energy levels, or improve your overall health; Amanda will get you to where you want to be!

Having a degree in Kinesiology myself, I have always been skeptical about another strength coach taking over my individual programming. However, going with Stay Strong has been the best investment I've made when it comes to strength training, nutrition and getting into competitive shape for MMA. I have trusted Ryan Crossfield with all of my programming for my MMA debut which will be in March. I feel I'm in the best shape of my life and I have been pain free since working with him!!! I have consulted with Heidi over the past few years in various aspects of my fitness goals, including workout splits, meal planning, motivational tips, and supplementation. I live approximately an hour from Heidi, but she is more than willing to adapt to electronic communication- so don’t let your location or proximity rule her out! Heidi’s personal fitness experiences combined with her expertise gained through certification make her both knowledgeable and relatable. She considers personal preferences and understands the value of creating fitness plans that are both challenging and enjoyable. Heidi is able to fine-tune her assistance to meet a wide variety of needs- from beginners looking to learn the basics, to those looking for help with more specific athletic goals. Her passion for fitness is obvious, and she has a sense of humor which can make accountability more entertaining. She is very helpful in providing clarification on form, suggestions for variety, and adjustments to workouts and meal plans when milestones or plateaus occur.     Adam Poehlmann is a great personal trainer who takes the time to get to know his clients needs and goals. He has worked closely with my physical therapist to modify my workout's while still keeping my goal in mind. He is readily available to answer questions and give encouragement. These are not cookie cutter workouts that he gives to his clients. He takes personal pride in each workout program he develops. Adam also meets with me frequently to discuss any questions or modifications that might need to be made. He is one of the best personal trainers I've hired. Thank you Adam from all your hard work.       Highly recommend her Skills for advising nutrition and wellness consultations. I was dealing with stress, and ED as well as tired of all of the nutritional gimmicks available to me.       I experienced a healing session with Yolanda and the outcome was phenomenal. I call her sessions Mandala Healing Sessions because she blends her knowledge of Numerology, Astrology, Aromatherapy, Wiccan Arts, TCM, Reiki and I-Ching into one esoteric experience. My goal for the session was to "reignite my spiritual spark and reclaim my power, focusing on my 3rd Chakra" The session was relaxing and enjoyable. I found my mind drifting peacefully, receiving flashes of insight regarding my path and my limiting thought patterns. Immediately after my session, I felt clearer and lighter as if I was floating. My husband said I was glowing and my eyes were intensely brighter. The few days following were challenging. I felt sad and full of grief. It believe that in order to heal, a reversal needs to happen. People are often presented with similar situations over and over in order to facilitate the learning and healing process. It has been a week since my session with Yolanda. I feel full of peace, joy and gratitude. I am motivated, feel confident and easier to arise out of bed in the morning. In addition, my libido has returned in full. She helped me reconnect to my personal power.

        Yonny is an excellent trainer in a variety of ways. First, he really cares that his clients reach their personal fitness goals. Second, Yonny has certifications that most trainers don't have, which I feel, gives him an extra edge while training me. I have an odd shoulder and posture issue that Yonny has been helping me improve those through a combination of different training methods. I always feel uplifted after leaving a work out and look forward to the next one with Yonny! If you are skeptical or want to try out a trainer before committing, ask Yonny about his consults and fitness assessments that are available :)
