Gencity Fit is helping me reach my goal of living a healthier lifestyle. I have tried every way to lose weight since I have been in my teens. I am now 68. My weight in the before pic is almost 180. I am now 155. I am using medication that is helping. My BMI is now in the normal range. GCF was key to me getting active and staying active. I have paid for online programs before and failed miserably. But the app notifies you daily on what you need to do and it allows you to push workouts to other days if you want. The weekly check in and personal attention from Tianna, my trainer has really kept me consistent. And I actually enjoy exercising now. Tianna is super responsive to my texts and requests in my workout routine. I’m doing it all at home! Even though I pay planet fitness for a membership I won’t go. GCF is working for me and I do it in the comfort of home with minimal equipment (a few dumbbells and bands). This program has been an investment in my health and I am so grateful that I found it. My knees no longer hurt and that’s huge. My husband constantly tells me how cute l am. I have tons more energy. This is about living healthier for me and making this chapter longer! Thank you GFC !

I found GencityFit online by chance when looking for a personal trainer, and I am so thankful! I first had a meeting with Gentry to talk about what I was looking for a she explained the process, I was then given a personal trainer which she selected that would best suit my needs and it was a great fit and working with Heidi has been amazing! They have been able to help me reach my goals in a realistic way that suits my needs. I would recommend this group to anyone!

I have been with GencityFit for about four months now. And the work, time and effort they put in to understand and make sure you are getting the quality you need is outstanding. My first time trying a personal trainer and the program and my coach Tianna (Highly Recommend) has been really on point with my nutrition and workouts. If anyone is looking for a personal trainer this is the one!

I have been with Heidi for about 9 months. During my time in the program, I suffered the loss of a job, a clinical depression diagnosis, and have experienced a multitude of adversaries one would hope not to face while taking on a new training program. Heidi’s encouragement, dedication, and wellness knowledge gave me the tools I needed to still be successful and achieve my fitness goals during the ups and downs of my personal life. Not only has Heidi been fully committed to seeing me through this program, client care has also been responsive and helpful for any billing or account questions I may have. I would definitely recommend GenCity Fit to anyone considering body recomposition!

I found Gentry and her program on thumbtack after reading and researching dozens of programs. I was looking for a program that would give me a plan to follow online (workout/meal) since I knew the workout form basics. I ended up getting so much more through this program. I love that Gentry did my initial interview. She was so incredibly kind and supportive of my goals. She picked a coach based of my personality and needs and she couldn’t have been more on the nail. I have been training with Coach Shay for just over 2 months and have lost 15 pounds. She is empathetic, knowledgeable, and super supportive. She not only cares about my physical health but my mental and emotional health as well because it all connects to how our body reacts to food and exercise in the weight loss journey. I am so grateful to have chosen them to partner with on what originally was a weight loss journey but now I see as my lifestyle journey!
