Buying a home can be stressful, especially the first time, but Lindsey walked me through the process and put me at ease. She helped every step of the way from recommending a mortgage provider, a trusted inspector and even someone to help with the updates to my home once I moved in. We were looking in a very competitive market and Lindsey went out of her way to schedule showings as soon as homes were available and was patient while we narrowed down exactly what we were looking for. She knows the Denver North Metro area very well and helped us find the perfect neighborhood for our family. When it was time to write the offer, she suggested the right approach in the competitive market and we got the house without any additional negotiation. She called to let us know the offer was accepted and she sounded as excited as we were. I never felt like she was selling a home or pushing us into something we werent comfortable with, she was a great advocate and experienced resource in the home buying process. Now were in the perfect home for raising our family and I recommend Lindsey every chance I get.

Lindsey was so great to work with while selling our home. She was so professional and kept us up to date on all communication throughout the entire process. She was able to show us through thoughtful research what we should price our home for and how long she thought it would be on the market.
