I needed a new roof do to wear and tear (25 years without replacing). I contacted Lotus Roofing thru Yelp and they were quick to respond. The physical estimate and the actual work were done within days of each other AND when they said they'd get it done. The estimate was done on a thursday and the roof was installed on monday. I have not kept up on repairs to my house so my roof was in rough shape and it's a small house. Matt & Mark took care of my house with as much detail and care as they would have a bigger, prettier, more expensive job-I'm sure of it. All my vents match the roof color which makes the house look that much more sophisticated. They were very kind and went way above and beyond to get my roof replaced. You don't replace your roof everyday and it's a big chunk of money so it's worrisome to know who to trust. I had a great experience and recommend Lotus Roofing. I did get rough estimates from a few different companies and felt like Lotus had very fair pricing and explained what I was paying for.

I have a new roof over my head! Thanks to Mark Witzke and his crew. What a great team to work with, all questions and concerns were addressed. All texts and calls were promptly returned. Install was fabulous, clean up was superior. Mark's crew were very courteoues!

I am fortunate to have Cody Ochoa from Lotus Roofing living right next door to me! He did an excellent job of inspecting the roof of my house as well as the I does and siding after a major hail storm, and fortunately determined there was no damage. He provided a detailed video presentation explaining everything he checks for which was very informative.He also provided services for adding on some insulation and gutters to my house, and installing flashing to keep birds from nesting in the roof. Lotus Roofing has a network of reliable, professional people that support each other and have the same integrity, values, and quality in the work they provide to customers. Cody is my go to person for my house issues, and I would highly recommend Lotus Roofing- Exteriors & Insulation.Thank you Cody for taking care of me!

I highly recommend Lotus Roofing! The entire crew was professional, friendly, and did a great job replacing my roof in only one day! It was also super helpful to have Matt explain the ins and outs of insurance claims to me so I could be confident my insurance carrier was taking good care of me. Cody Ochoa really helped me and my family through out the entire insurance process due to my Mom does not speaking English and not understanding how all of it worked being that we have an ACV policy and they were able to still help us!
