I offer more than a yoga class, I create a personalized, thoughtfully designed experience where everyone feels welcome. Clients choose to work with me because my sessions are intuitive, inclusive, and grounded in nervous system awareness. I take the time to understand your group, your goals, and the energy you’d like to create, whether that’s energizing and celebratory, calm and restorative, or somewhere in between. Many of my clients are new to yoga, returning after time away, or have felt intimidated walking into a traditional gym or studio class. You do not need experience, flexibility, or a certain fitness level to work with me. My approach is rooted in accessibility and “yoga for everyBODY.” I create space where beginners feel comfortable, experienced practitioners feel supported, and everyone feels respected in their own body. I am RYT-500 certified with over 700 hours of accredited training and experience teaching in luxury hospitality settings, corporate environments, private homes, schools, and community spaces. I bring professionalism, warmth, and steady presence to every booking.
