I coordinate events, both buffet style and sit down, regularly at our church, and use Alan Vaccaro's catering services almost exclusively for these occasions. He has prepared food for events of differing sizes and settings. He designed a fun family style menu for our "Down on the Farm," night, as well as a more formal buffet for our Seder Celebraton, each event feeding over 200 folks. Alan also regularly caters delicious lunches and dinners for 40-60 people. Depending on the even and menu, Alan does some of his prep work beforehand and some on site. Sometimes he arrives with all of the food ready in hand. He is very punctual and runs a very clean kitchen beginning to end! Alan is passionate about food and people and is a wonderful chef. He is very versatile in his menus and always has new creative ideas he incorporates into his dishes. Alan's presentation of his food is beautiful and tastes delicious appealing to a broad variety of palates. Alan is always well-prepared, calm, warm and engaging, and very professional. He genuinely cares! Alan has always exceeded my expectations and receives raving reviews from the satisfied people who attend our events. I couldn't recommend Alan more highly and know anyone who uses his catering services will be wonderfully satisfied with the results!

Alan was flexible with our requests for food at my wife's birthday party. The food prepared for dinner was delightful (Chicken Piccata, salad, an artichoke dip with crostini and foccaccia and a chocolate torte for dessert). Our party guests were very happy with the food.
