Chuck created a lovely dinner for us during our math conference in July. It was pouring rain, but under the cover of the tent at the Alumni Center we enjoyed tasty appetizers and Sangria, a meal of fresh vegetables and fruit from the local markets and meat from the local farms. The dessert was light and served with a festive flair. Our guests were treated to an exceptional dinner.
Some caterers may ask you to chose from their menu of items-Chuck asked me what kind of people we were and what we enjoyed eating. What a novel idea-and certainly one that works!

Chef Chuck is awesome. We had so much fun at his in home cooking class. Learned a lot and had some YUMMY food. If you are a foodie call Chuck!

Chuck worked for us for almost a year as a home chef. His menus were diverse and always excellent. We loved the taste of the food and the presentation. We hope that we can use his services again in the future. He also has an amazing personality. I would recommend him to anyone.
