Super communicative leading up to the appointment, and he did an incredible job with the carpet cleaning. Got some stains out that we couldn't remove ourselves and demonstrated a lot of knowledge about stain removal overall. He walked us through the house after he was finished to explain the cleaning process. and it was incredibly affordable!

Due to being busy he showed up an hour late. I can’t get mad at a man that is working. He did a walk through and checked out what needed to be down. He worked hard and quick. Carpets look phenomenal.
