Overall James was good. There were a couple items I questioned (reuse of gate hardware for a new fence, post that isn’t very sturdy in ground, etc). But the end result is a good looking fence.

I don’t recommend James for front door installation. He indicated it would only take an hour maybe two if he ran into issues; ended up taking 9, which obviously increased the cost significantly. The time would not have been an issue if the installation quality was superior, but things were damaged and left
in an incomplete state.
