- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be provided over the phone or made during a free in person consultation. This is left to the customers preference. We do offer price matching against bids from other certified, licensed and insured contractors, and we do offer discounts for first responders and veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our team will immediately make contact with you via phone call, usually just minutes after receiving your intake form. From there, we decide your preference for being quoted (over the phone or in person. Both are free.) From there, a formal quote is sent to your email and we will wait to hear from you about scheduling, price matching or any requested adjustments to the quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully AARST and ANSI compliant, certified under the NRPP (National Radon Proficiency Program) and licensed as radon mitigation specialists in the state of Colorado. Continuing education credits are completed every 2 years.
