I contacted Custom Radon Solutions on Memorial Day, never expecting to receive a call until the next day. Gage called me immediately and told me all about their RadonMitigation services. I live high up in the mountains and was concerned they would not come that far, but he assured me they do. When the technician, Jesse, arrived, he explained everything he would be doing. Jesse was AWESOME! So kind and so efficient. Before he left, Jesse explained very thoroughly how to do the follow up home test kit. What a great company! After running a test for radon in our house we found the level was at a 20! I then started looking into this and found Gage. He was very receptive to my issue. He was prompt in his arrival times and communicated all the different options and procedures. Pricing was up front without any surprises. After installing the system we ran a post radon test, also provided by Gage, and had reduced the radon to a 2.4! Thanks Gage.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be provided over the phone or made during a free in person consultation. This is left to the customers preference. We do offer price matching against bids from other certified, licensed and insured contractors, and we do offer discounts for first responders and veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our team will immediately make contact with you via phone call, usually just minutes after receiving your intake form. From there, we decide your preference for being quoted (over the phone or in person. Both are free.) From there, a formal quote is sent to your email and we will wait to hear from you about scheduling, price matching or any requested adjustments to the quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully AARST and ANSI compliant, certified under the NRPP (National Radon Proficiency Program) and licensed as radon mitigation specialists in the state of Colorado. Continuing education credits are completed every 2 years.
