- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services as a buyer’s agent are typically compensated through the transaction. For sellers, I offer flexible, transparent pricing based on the level of service, strategy, and property needs. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. More importantly, I focus on net outcomes, not just fees. My goal is to help clients make decisions that maximize value, minimize risk, and create long-term financial alignment. I’m always happy to walk through exactly how compensation works so there are no surprises.

It starts with a conversation, not about homes, but about goals, timing, and what success looks like for you. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to my real estate licensure, my background is in supply chain and strategic sourcing, where I focused on negotiation, market analysis, and long-term planning. That experience translates directly into real estate. I understand value, how navigate complex transactions, and help clients make informed, data-driven decisions while still honoring the emotional side of buying or selling a home.
