After a windstorm took out one of our trees, we needed the stumpremoved and found American Stumpbusters. Really glad we did. JP responded to my request for a quote almost immediately. He was to my house roughly an hour later, and did the job same day. JP communicates well and is very efficient at his job. He removed the treestumps for a very fair price. I would definitely recommend him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% discount for fellow vets.
I take credit cards for an additional 3% fee (sorry).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate with my clients via phone and text. They can send me photos or videos of the project and I’m often able to give an estimate from that.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before stump grinding, I worked in an office environment for 15 years. Before that, I was an equipment operator in the Army.
