- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have experience in all the jobs that I accept and I take pride in all of my work. I make sure that all my customers are satisfied and that I explain everything I'm doing in detail. I clean up and guarantee my work. I make sure my prices can fit in your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss with each customer what exactly they need and want done and then I will go do a free estimate and measure. If you wish to proceed I will then collect a deposit and order the glass the same day. once the glass arrives I will contact you to set up a time that works for you to get started on the job. Once the work is completed I make sure to clean everything up and that you are completely satisfied. I will then collect the balance. I guarantee all of my work and make sure I go over everything in detail with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of experience and previously worked for some very big glass companies.
