- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because I am fairly new at doing freelancing work, this is still a developing system. For smaller projects, I shall charge $10-$15 an hour, depending on the length of time [closer to $10 for longer projects], amount of work [more work would be closer to $15], amount of materials [different pricing, completely independent from all other prices], and so forth. As i get more work, this will become much clearer for both of us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I am currently in the University of Colorado at Denver, as well as the Community College of Denver, to learn all that i can in my field. Currently, I am learning the 3D modeling programs 3DMax, and Sketch-up, and I am proficient in Revit.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
From the first moment i started learning about Architecture, back in High School, I knew that i had a future and a destination in it. I have found my passion within moments of my learning, and have never turned back, and never will.
