Introduction: I tailor my workouts to each individual athlete based on their goals. I have completed a BA in exercise physiology, not all personal trainers hold the education level and certifications I hold. Watching athletes reach goals they never thought they could reach. I get to be a part of their health and fitness journey.

Rachel is extremely motivating at has pushed me to do things I didn't think I could do. She's very supportive and motivating in my weight loss journey. Her positive and up beat attitude keeps me going back for more!

Choosing Rachel as my trainer has been one of the best decisions that I have ever made. Rachel pays close attention to my form and gives excellent advice about nutrition and exercise. She is one of the most caring people I have ever met and she truly loves to help people succeed. I have recommended her to many people and I will continue to do so. Every time I see Rachel she inspires me to be a stronger and healthier person.

Rachel has been the best coach/friend/teacher ever! She has taught me so much about fitness and food. I have gone from a size 14 to a size 6! She has done more then help me loose weight she has help build my self esteem and showed me I can do anything I set my mind to. She has never given up on me she pushes me when I need it. She has changed my life for the best. I have been working with Rachel for 4 years now and I plan to stay working with her for the next 40 years!

Rachel is able to give easy to follow coaching cues that help me be better. She knows how to push me in the ways that motivate me (and I see her using different approaches with other people, which means she tailors her approach to what each athlete needs). She incorporates a ton of variety in her workouts. She's just plain fun to be around and I look forward to my time with her. The MHF atmosphere is supportive and encouraging, and appropriate for all levels, which I really appreciate.

Never in my life did I ever think I could do the things that I do today! The last 3 years of my life have been full of ups and downs and the only thing that kept me going was Rachel! She has motivated me in so many ways and has helped my take control of my health! She is always there to help me stay accountable in training and attendance. I would never be where I am today with out Rachel and I look forward to many more accomplishments to come!
