It depends on the complexity of the assignment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to meet face to face or by phone with the customer to review what they have in mind and take notes. This will enable me to gauge their expectations and for them to share with me any relevant materials.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A bachelor of arts in Art and 25 years of experience in design -- from technical drawing to illustration to layout, logo design and project management.
