My speciality is as a glazier (including glass work like shower doors, mirrors, windows, doors, and commercial storefront), but I'm experienced with many types of finish work and light carpentry, too! I had a great experience with Ben on a painting project. From the start, he was professional and clear about the process, providing me with a detailed estimate and timeline. Arrived on time, prepared, and completed the work professionally and quickly. Very clean and careful. Provided great value for the task. We have very tall ceilings - needed electronics replaced for blinds that open and close at specified times. He researched in advance of coming and knew exactly what to do. Ben was given the job of
repairing drywall that was damaged from an old leak in attic. He repaired the pipe also and patched and textured the drywall. It is hardly noticeable that it is a new piece. We declined to have him paint because the whole kitchen would need to be.
He was on time. Work was excellent and Ben is meticulous. We highly recommend him.

I hired Starbrite Services to fix a cracked window and had a really positive experience. I sent over some photos and rough measurements, and Ben got back to me extremely quickly with helpful information and a general idea of the cost. Communication was clear, pricing was very fair, and he was able to schedule the repair quickly.
From start to finish, the whole process was efficient, friendly, and professional. Ben came out the next day to take exact measurements and placed the order for the new window glass right away. He kept me updated on when the glass would arrive and scheduled the repair promptly once it was delivered. The installation itself was quick, clean, and done with care. I am really happy with the results.
Ben was great throughout. He was friendly, professional, and clearly experienced. It is obvious he takes pride in his work and his business.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
PLEASE DO NOT INSTANT BOOK THROUGH THUMBTACK! After you select me, I will message thru thumbtack and text you asap. I prefer to view most jobs before giving an estimate, but can gauge some things like drywall repair or fixture replacement with pictures.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years in the glazing trade alone. I've worked in million dollar homes and commercial settings alike. I understand the delicacy of fine finishes, as well as the force required to shear bolts from a foundation.
