Where do I start? I hired Chef Jeff for an intimate dinner for two, I described our favorite flavors and food influences, and Chef Jeff created an amazing pacific rim influenced menu that was far beyond our expectations. The experience, was superseded only by the amazing dishes created for our special evening. From the spam musubi and ginger fried rice starter to the perfectly grilled steak and fresh ahi, as well as the potato korokke, I would highly recommend Chef Jeff for any of your personal or professional Chef needs!!

Jeff was great to work with. He was extremely responsive, adapted the menu based on my preferences and I trusted him fully to cook in our home and prepare a lovely meal for our party. He was professional and is clearly qualified as a high end chef. His restaurant experience is very evident and he didn’t get flustered. He paced our meal perfectly and the plating and details of the presentation were beautiful. Thanks for a great experience!

Chef Jeff was absolutely amazing! Not only was his food so delicious but he was also so kind and professional. He brought his partner with him to help out at our sit down dinner party and it truly felt like we were at a fine dining restaurant being waited on.

Outstanding! They made homemade mixers for our cocktails (so good). The multi-course meal was excellently prepared and dietary constraints were not a problem. I would highly recommend Chef Jeff!
