Be sure to read these helpful tips before you book your session. Have questions? Send them over and Samantha will get back to you ASAP! DEPOSIT TERMS: All deposits made for booking sessions are NONREFUNDABLE. Deposit is 1/2 of your session price, leaving the second half to be paid no later than the day of your shoot. If the shoot is canceled by the client after paying a deposit, said client will forfeit the paid deposit. If the client does not show up to the scheduled session, said client will forfeit the paid deposit. If the photographer cancels, the deposit will be returned within 5 business days. INCLEMENT WEATHER: If the weather does not allow for an adequate and safe shooting environment, the session will be rescheduled pending weather. If the client decides to continue with session after SoulySamanthaPhoto has recommended rescheduling, the session will not be able to be rescheduled during the shoot. The shoot will continue or end early pending weather.
