I have no clue, how the company got so many good ratings but it was a totally awful experience with this company. It shouldve been a piece of cake to manage a condo, in a good economy, priced below market value and you name it, and it went wrong. It was a tough lesson to learn, but I doubt there are many worse property management companies in Colorado. I could go on and on, but it was just issues galore, from before someone moved in to after I finally took the property over.Jul 9, 2019VerifiedAggus Realty - Metro Brokers's reply
Ryan, you were not happy that we took care of minor needed maintenance on your property. It took a couple of weeks for us to make sure the property conformed to health and safety standards. Nothing was very expensive. The tenant that we found for you was a good tenant who paid the rent on time every month. You now tell me that since you resumed management she is not paying on time. We are sorry that you did not appreciate our services. I do recommend that you sell this property in order to get out from under the burden. Ken Aggus
It's the first time we had to find a property manager. we've done it ourselves for years but moved from Denver some time ago. After interviewing over a dozen qualified property pros, and from a short-list of 4 of the winners, we selected Ken. Best of them all, from a trust and service perspective.May 16, 2018VerifiedAggus Realty - Metro Brokers's reply

Ken and his team have consistently provided high quality services for my rental property. They always respond to my inquiries in a very timely manner. They also provide very accurate and comprehensive reports regarding the income and expenses of my property. They keep me abreast of all things and situations regarding my property. As an out-of-country property owner, I fully trust their management skills and the peace of mind they provide meFeb 16, 2014Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We can prepare an initial analysis of the potential for your investment property prior to meeting with you at the property. We usually do not require any up-front funding before taking over the management of your property. This can happen, however, if work is needed in preparation for marketing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?37 years of property management experience in the Metro Denver and foothills areas. Graduate Realtor Institute, ePro designation.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I followed in the footsteps of my parents who started our business back in 1959. I only wish I had begun this career 10 years earlier, although I would have then missed my 12 years in the building materials industry.
