I have no clue, how the company got so many good ratings but it was a totally awful experience with this company. It shouldve been a piece of cake to manage a condo, in a good economy, priced below market value and you name it, and it went wrong. It was a tough lesson to learn, but I doubt there are many worse property management companies in Colorado. Ryan, you were not happy that we took care of minor needed maintenance on your property. It took a couple of weeks for us to make sure the property conformed to health and safety standards. Nothing was very expensive. The tenant that we found for you was a good tenant who paid the rent on time every month. You now tell me that since you resumed management she is not paying on time. We are sorry that you did not appreciate our services. I do recommend that you sell this property in order to get out from under the burden. Ken Aggus

We usually do not require any up-front funding before taking over the management of your property. This can happen, however, if work is needed in preparation for marketing.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?I followed in the footsteps of my parents who started our business back in 1959. I only wish I had begun this career 10 years earlier, although I would have then missed my 12 years in the building materials industry.
