Rich was a pleasure to work with and a refreshing experience for anyone who has dealt with numerous contractors.
I had an exterior skylight leaking into the front porch of our house. After speaking with several contractors, Rich had a fair price and walked me through what his process was. He didn't try to sell me anything extra (1 contractor wanted to replace the whole fixture).
There was some weather moving in on the day Rich was scheduled to do the work. Regardless, he showed up and we discussed whether or not it was advisable to attempt with the threat of rain. We ended up rescheduling for later in the week.
Rich performed the work without any disturbance and was very professional. When Rich discovered some additional damage that needed to be repaired he showed me the extent of the damage an we negotiated a fair increase in cost.
Rich stopped back by to make sure everything was as expected and to touch up a little paint as well. His dedication to a job well done was as professional as I've seen.
The repairs completed did the job and Rich followed up on several occasions once we received some snow to insure that the work was holding.
Rich was a true professional and someone we could all use more of. Thanks for a great job!

Rich is a great guy. He took the time to show me where my issue was coming from, and the options I had available to me. He understood we were budget-conscious so he presented a repair that would be most effective while at a reasonable price. He also is a nice, positive guy to work with. I'd definitely recommend Rich.

Richard Hailey was so easy to work with and very helpful. We actually live in another state and had him replace the roof on a home we have in Colorado where relatives live, what could have been a stressful situation was actually a very pleasant one, he made everything easy for us and kept us informed with the job the whole time with phone calls, pics, emails. Relatives that live in house said when job was complete you would have never known they were there due to how clean they kept job site during and after completion.
