My first impression of Nathan was his respectfulness of my desire and attempt to sell my house myself. I had been bombarded with contacts from realtors from the first day I put the sign in the yard, but Nathan waited and contacted me at a time that I was ready to list with a realtor. He said, "I like to give people a chance to sell their home on their own and then offer them my For Sale By Owner Program. He was very easy to work with and handled all the details effortlessly, not letting anything fall through the cracks. In addition to the weekly email updates on internet traffic and updates from Kittle Team members, Nathan also called to make sure I was aware of any new information. He called after all showings to give me the feedback. We had priced the house at the high end of the comp range and 5 weeks after listing, I received a full price offer with no contingencies. It was a winter sale and the roof needed replacing, so he worked with the lender to insure that the property would close on time. I never once doubted that he had my best interests at heart. Nathan and the entire Kittle Team were professional, personable and very good at what they do. The contrast between them and the buyers' agent was stark!!

The Kittle Team reacted quickly to my needs for a listing agent, and sent Nathan Washam to meet with me at the home. Nathan is professional and very knowledgeable of the market in the Brighton/Lochbuie area, and helped me in making decisions on improvements to maximize the selling price, resulting in multiple offers for more than asking price within a couple of days of listing! Nathan also did a great job of keeping communications open between all parties involved during the closing process, and was effective in resolving every issue that came up, exceeding my expectations and always having a sense of urgency . I would highly recommend Nathan and the Kittle Team's services.

Working with Nathan has been such a joy. His professional demeanor and attention to the details makes this a smooth and steady process. He genuinely listens to your desires and doesn't make you feel pushed around like so many other Companies. I cant speak highly enough about the communication between him and his fine team of experts. They start to feel like family that you know will only be honest and straight with you on every step. If you have a family and dont look forward to the stressful process of selling your home, this is the guy you want on your side!
