I am writing this review to recommend Toms' Heating and A/C for you HVAC concerns. I had called several HVAC companies that acted like they did not have the time or care to come by and check out my furnace. It was not working and it was getting very cold in the house so I looked on Craigs List and found an ad for HVAC-Windsor Toms' Heating & A/C so I called and talked to Tom the owner and explained my dilema. He came right over and did a check on the furnace and found it to have a cracked heat exchanger. He said I would need a new furnance. He gave me a quote that I though was fair so I asked when he could find the time to install the new furnance and he said the next day so I siad that would be great. In the meantime another company called back and I told them I had found another company but I would like a 2nd opinion so they came out 3 hours later and told me the same as Tom the owner told me so I asked for a quote from them. Wow! what a difference there was so I went with Toms' Heating & A/C. He arrived the next day at 9:00 A.M. promptly very courtious, clean, and respectful and started the work and per the quote he was done in 3 1/2 hours - old furnance out - new furnance in. All the duct work sealed with duct sealer and it even looked like he was never here. I would recommend his quality of work to everybody. Even to my suprise he called 2 weeks later to make sure everything was working properly and if I was happy with the work and furnance. I couldn't have been happier.
