- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a buyers agent, My services are free, I get paid at the closing from the seller up to that point there is no charge for my services . As a sellers agent my commission rates are lower then many of the other Real Estate brokers . Just because my rates are lower does not mean that you receive lower quality service. Full service is full service. For sellers that have me as their listing agent and then have me as their buyers agent we have special commission rates. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each Real Estate transaction requires different processes and is many ways like a journey Different transactions require a plan which I have broken it down into different steps so that my clients know where they are in each process and not overwhelmed. Each starts with communication via a phone call or e-mail. followed by a face to face meeting. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have been a licensed since 2002 becoming a independent broker in 2006. In that time I have been mentored and exposed to many of the different aspects of residential real estate. Along with being mentored I have taken 30 plus hours of continual Real Estate education each year.
