About this pro
John is professional and responsive. He did a great job painting my garage door. Only minor touch ups required between the panels. I would recommend him to others.Jun 25, 2017
BEWARE! HIRE FOR PAINTING, NOTHING ELSE!!! The company name says PAINTING.... don't trust them for anything else! I gave this guy $5,000 worth of business! They took the popcorn ceilings down and repainted. They did a relatively good job....although there's a crack in the ceiling, but John won't come back to check if he can repair it (see picture). John is very knowledgeable but has only one employee that's good. John doesn't do the work, he ''plays'' the contractor. I made the mistake of hiring him to put new drywall for a kitchen remodel after having done the ceiling. Another guy came but didn't do a good job, brand new dry wall, not leveled (see pictures), he left with one tool of mine, broke a coffee cup, didn't install the corner beads right, drywall is too low under the window sill and John, the boss won't come back for the finishing stage. $5,000 I gave this company!!! That's a lot of money! They can be good at painting but nothing more, go somewhere else for other jobs. Follow up on the job: ZERO!!! Just look at the pictures, they tell all !Mar 21, 2017VerifiedJohn B.'s reply
MJ, I'm sorry you feel this way. We provided many services in your home with no complaints from you. I personally worked Saturday and Sunday to complete your project in the timeline I promised. I am a working owner who is on the job site every day alongside my guys. Weeks after we had completed the job and you paid us for our services I received a text from you about this crack in the drywall. We spoke and I expressed to you that I believe this was caused by the cabinet installation. I was willing to repair the crack but I would expect to be compensated for our time, this was not satisfactory to you..... We have a proven track record across all boards, Thumbtack, Homeadvisor, and Google for providing impeccable service with a focus on quality and customer service and our customer reviews reflect that time and time again. I'm sorry in the end this was not a positive experience for you. I wish we could have come to a resolution. John Benedetti

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The initial correspondence is a collaboration of the scope of work, with the goal in mind of bringing my customers vision to fruition.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I started in painting and drywall while in high school where I excelled quickly. I spent half my day during sophomore and senior years in trade school to become an electrician. After graduating I accepted a position supervising a small residential painting crew. Even though I pursued painting over electrical I'm grateful for the knowledge I acquired while in trades school & use it in my day to day projects on a consistent basis.
- What types of customers have you worked with?We work mostly with Homeowners in residential painting.
