Introduction: After I closed Noel's Kitchen, I started Sarah's and named it after my daughter Sarah Robyn. She is my inspiration. This company specializes in a Cajun, Creole, French, West Indian, Southern, BBQ, Latin, & Classic American Cuisines that offers dishes that can be eaten for Breakfast, Lunch, Brunch, & Dinner. I think the end results is the best for me. I love it when my clients are completely satisfied and I see that smile and look of "Thank You" on their face. Sometimes, It's a look of great relief. These events are extremely important and stressful to my clients so I take each individual contract just as important. The pay is good too. LOL!!!

I had Chef Rob come for an event for my 30th birthday and it was amazing! The food was incredible and we all ate until we couldn't breathe. He really worked with me to figure out the menu and I was so impressed with how everything turned out. Not to mention he was friendly, funny and just overall made it a very good vibe! 10/10 would recommend!

Chef Rob cooked an incredible Cajun feast to celebrate my wife's birthday. Everyone (12 of us) thoroughly enjoyed the meal, and all had different favorites. Candied bacon, gumbo with corn bread, truffle mac and cheese, steak, salmon, and an awesome bread pudding were some of the dishes we experienced. We really enjoyed the interaction with Chef Rob throughout the evening. You can tell he really enjoys what he does. He cooked effortlessly and was a marvel to watch. Chef Rob, thanks for making the evening so special for my wife!

Chef Rob joined our team during a recently concluded tradeshow. Right at the start of our engagement, he was very proactive in answering our inquiries, and also in giving his insights based on his previous tradeshow experiences. The recipes are very savory and his cooking is very good, highlighting the qualities of our fish products. He is easy to work with and is willing to go the extra mile. Chef Rob is very professional and accountable. Despite the unfortunate accident that happened on the first day, he was able to show up on the remaining days and performed well, making a great contribution to showcasing our products.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually a phone call or 2 in the beginning. Then probably 2 to 3 meetings which may include a tasting. Sign Contract. Perform Event. Pretty straight forward
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained as a Chef in Louisiana for over 7 years. I've opened a full service restaurant in Atlanta and in Brooklyn. In total, I've had 4 restaurants to date. I've been working in the Food Service Industry since 1994
