- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Introdue my self and ask them a few questions about the problem. Sometimes even may ask for photos. Then I go on tell them the process and the cost involved and give them the options on how they may want to handle it. Once that's been chosen I tell them once I have the parts I will do a 24 to 48 hour turn around. More than likely less than 24 hours unless something unforeseen happens. But in generally on it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a computer servicing certificate from gateway community college and I'm now pursuing my comptia a+.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I have worked with a range of customers from the daily home user to local businesses. If I quote in on the job. I know with out a doubt I can get it done!
