My Laptop screen broke during my college semester and John made sure I didn't miss a beat. He got me a better price for a factory screen than others I'd spoken to and came out to me to repair it. John diagnosed three non-working mac laptops (3-4 years old) each) for us. Unfortunately, it was not cost-effective to fix them but John was able to retrieve our data which was a god-send. He was very responsive and clear in his communications, came to our house for diagnosis and follow-up, was knowledgeable about the work and options, was very curteous, professional and nice to work with. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Introdue my self and ask them a few questions about the problem. Sometimes even may ask for photos. Then I go on tell them the process and the cost involved and give them the options on how they may want to handle it. Once that's been chosen I tell them once I have the parts I will do a 24 to 48 hour turn around. More than likely less than 24 hours unless something unforeseen happens. But in generally on it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a computer servicing certificate from gateway community college and I'm now pursuing my comptia a+.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I have worked with a range of customers from the daily home user to local businesses. If I quote in on the job. I know with out a doubt I can get it done!
