- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, but mostly through literature and websites. personal trainers and debugging procedures, that can be utilized through phone conversations from other professionals.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
While working for one the largest retailers of appliances, I learned that the customer was usually taken advantage of when purchasing contracts for maintenance. I always felt that it was bad for business to neglect what the customer deserves, and ignore the type of feedback that destroys reputations of thriving service providers. Giving a customer quality of service, means being fair to the customer.
