10/10 hardwood floors!!! I couldn’t wait to write this review. I am beyond pleased with Lourenco Floors. These guys were communicative, professional, punctual, and the most important- they CARE about their clients and take pride in their work. Started with removal of carpeting and putting down hardwoood and ended up adding a full 1000sqft+ floor of sanding midway through the project when I saw how amazing they were. They really saw my vision and helped me get there. So happy I went with Lourenco floors!! Highly recommended

I had a very large amount of square footage to do. It was a combination of refinishing existing hardwood floors, and removing carpet and having new hardwood floors installed. I chose Jose for value and knowledge of which species of wood. He had different workers for different phases of the job, which kept the job moving. He was willing to use the exact type of product I wanted, and was willing to wait for me to order it and get it to the job site. The floors look beautiful and it really transformed the whole house more than any other renovations that I did. One of my co-workers liked the pictures I posted on Facebook so well that she asked me for his contact information so that she could hire Jose to do her wood floors also. The wood installation, sanding, and finishing exceeded my expectations. All the trash was picked up and he even came back to touch up an area with sanding residue after the job was done. I did need some base shoe molding revised, so just communicate clearly what you want for the trim. I’m very grateful I was able to find Jose, his contributions really transformed my house.
