- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
our mission statement has always been in servicing our clients since 1987. We Believe that it is best to serve our clients by listening closely to what their needs are in any type of home improvement, we always keep in mind that we work for you the client not the other way around. we always enjoy a phone chat and let the client or potential client lead the way in the details they want to share with us. we pride ourselves in being good listeners, and instead of telling people what to do we would prefer always suggesting to them different options they may have in any type of home improvement, and by giving them the information in regards to how things can be done and also importantly the mass array of products that are out there to get to their home improvement goals. never hesitate to *****************************************************************. thank you again for having us out I look forward to speaking with you.

we started our business in February of 1987 with a simple pledge to listen to our clients and potential clients and to find a way with professionalism and enthusiasm to get them to that goal
