- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually get to know a customer's goals and then schedule a call with the said customer to get more details on how I can help them achieve those goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m currently a Certified Fitness Trainer, an Online Fitness Coach that specializes in bodyweight HIIT, a Group Exercise Instructor, a bestselling Kindle Author, an F45 Coach, and an Adjunct Professor. I have two Exercise Science Degrees 📜 , I’ve written two books, and I have an online fitness business to add more value to people that I can’t train in person! My experience ranges from working with PT patients as a physical therapy aide to training firefighters to get stronger and save lives more efficiently 👨🏽🚒!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was a combination of insecurity and motivation from my younger siblings and also the shows I used to watch as a kid. I was a skinny kid growing up and I wanted to be strong and able to defend myself and my loved ones like Goku from Dragon Ball Z. So I decided enough was enough and I began to train every day. After the age of 14, I began to gain 10 lbs of muscle each year and then I earned the nickname "BodyByDre"! My life became way better after I got stronger. Afterward, I decided to uplift others and get them stronger too.
