Went on vacation for 1 week and Marilyn dog sat for our 7 year old yorkie. Marilyn was easy to work with, very flexible and treated our dog and home very well. Marilyn visited 3 times per day spending considerable time to keep our dog company and ensure she went to the bathroom outside. I highly recommend London dog care and would hire again without hesitation.

Marilyn London came on a short notice to take care of our three large Bully breed dogs, one Cane Corso mastiff, and a Beagle. She did not hesitate - in contrast to some other professional services - and provided excellent and thorough care. Our dogs immediately took to her, as she is confident,knowledgeable, and kind in her interactions. And she put us at ease. We traveled without worries, and when our flight back was delayed, Marilyn did an emergency stop and care with short notice. We came home to find our "fur kids" in excellent shape, happy and content. Marilyn , dead an excellent job watching our three doggies Bella scrappy and Lenny. The minute we met Marilyn and saw her interaction with the dogs. We knew she was going to be great! We feel completely Addie is leaving the dogs in her care all week. She kept us updated on the dogs via text and pictures. The house is spotless when she left and we couldn’t have been happier. I plan on asking Marilyn to watch our “kids” the next time we go away!! Nancy

Marilyn took such amazing care of our 15 year old golden that we could not recommend her more. She (or her daughter ) came 5 times a day to let our dog out , to feed her and to give her meds. Marilyn even cooked some chicken for her when she didn't want to eat her regular food. She sent us pictures and updates and from the moment we met Marilyn we knew we could trust her with our beloved dog (not to mention everything else !). Feel free to ask Marilyn to connect you to us for recommendations or more info but needless to say we are huge fans of her and would use her again and again.

Marilyn of London Dog Care was fantastic! After the regular pet sitter was unable to care for the pets, right before vacation, Marilyn responded, came to the house, met "The Crew ", and we were set. We 4 dogs- 1 small, and then 2 large Bully breeds, and a Cane Corso - all dog breeds that can intimidate by their presence. The dogs took to Marilyn immediately. I received updates whole on vacation, texts and photos, and I always felt at ease that my dogs were excellently taken care of. - When our plane was late coming back, Marilyn did an last minute emergency visit to the house on short notice! - I feel confident in recommending London Dog Care. $70/day for 1 day. Overnights are $100. These services include bringing in mail, watering plants and other daily household needs. 1 full day includes 3 let-outs (30 minutes each).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet them in person to meet the animal and be shown where all supplies that are needed are located and what type of routine the animal is accustomed to
