Long term permanent living to short term temporary living management. Nothing is too big or small. Our mission is to prioritize and solely focus on your asset so you can concentrate on other aspects of your life. Let us do the problem solving and provide recommendations for solutions. I have over 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry as a public housing manager; private property manager; Regional Portfolio property manager; Director of Public Housing Department; and Director of Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) department. Although recent as a Real Estate Sales Professional, we bring a different vantage point resulted from the vast tenure in the industry. This is why we also have a real estate division to also support our client’s real estate needs. Additionally, we are partnered with Lead 1 Construction and Development. This gives us a unique edge in our trade.

Brethela was quite frankly a breath of fresh air. I hired her after two horrible experiences with propertymanagers. I was almost ready to call it quits with propertymanagers all together, then i found Brethela! When i hired her I had just gone through a lengthy eviction process with a tenant that left my property vacant for several months. My previous propertymanager wasn’t doing anything to help get it rented and was being a terrible communicator. The house was in terrible shape from the previous tenants. The walls weren’t painted, the floors were terrible and the bathroom needed a full remodel. Brethela came in and handled all that and more within two months! She found us an amazing family and we are so happy to have found Brethela!
