- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel fees are more than likely not included in the Thumbtack quote so please be aware the actual quote price may be a little more than the one provided by Thumbtacks matrix. I am Located in Connecticut but have no problem with driving to your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, when I have a conversation with a customer, I take the time to understand their needs and requirements. It's alright if the customer is not ready to book the event immediately. After we have discussed all of the details and any extras that may be needed for the event, I will send out a contract that requires a payment of 50% of the total cost of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a DJ for 20+ years. During that time I have performed at 1000s of different venues and event types just trying to soak up everything that I can possibly learn and provide the greatest show possible every time I hit the stage. In 2018 I started Sneek Ent and expanded just Dj-ing to producing music for upcoming artists.
