Rise and Shine instantly responded to my job on my first use of Thumbtack, so now I'm a believer. Rafael spent an entire day cleaning our home, which had been occupied by not-very-clean renters for the past 7 months. He got into every corner, steam-cleaned the floor, dusted ceiling vents and washed inside windows. I went around running my finger over surfaces after he left just for the pleasure of it. Plus he was a lovely pleasant person. Highly recommended.

Couldn't reccomend Rise and Shine and Rafael enough! He cleaned our house after we moved out and it was cleaner than when we moved in. He is very thorough and detail oriented. We plan on using his cleaning services at our new house.

I am absolutely blown away by Rafael’s work! While one would think my house would be cleaner while working from home, I had difficulty establishing the end of the work day and would keep working instead of doing household tasks. My husband also had his hours extended, so we got way behind on the housework. My kitchen and bathroom were a disaster! Our upstairs bathroom is in need of a remodel and I feel like no matter how much I scrub it doesn’t get clean, but despite it being just old it is the cleanest it’s ever been! After Rafael left, everything was absolutely spotless and smelled amazing. Even though I had only asked him to do the kitchen and bathrooms, he took extra initiative and vacuumed the hallway and stairs, too! I will definitely be contacting him again in the future!

They only let me choose 3 qualities that were good about Rise and Shine, but really, this guy is a find. I had a shed/barn that was in decent shape but had accumulated cobwebs, dust, dirty windows and just grime from being unused, and hadn't been really cleaned in the 5 years since i purchased the home and who knows how long before that. He came and gave it all a good cleaning. What an excellent job he did. And such a pro, keeping me apprised as he did the work. I am so happy to have found him, and to have gotten this off of my to-do list, because I was clearly not going to get around to it. The price was quite reasonable too!
