William "Todd" Clark is a licensed land surveyor who has been providing quality surveys in Connecticut for the past 30 years. Clark Land Surveying will make sure that you receive accurate maps and drafts in a timely fashion. And we will work with you on any issues that you do not understand. This man did his due diligence! I have talked to, left voice mails and chased id say a total of 8 surveyors or so. Havent gotten call backs in most instances and when i did the quotes were losely around 1500... then i found Mr Clark here, i messaged them and their son promptly answered, his father came same day (he was in the area so lucky there), and took a look around. He said he was going to hit the town up and look for if there was any points already done. We got a good chunk of 3 acres. He messaged me back 950!! I jumped on it.. we spoke last Wednesday i think it was, he had the quote to me Friday, and he came today at 11.00 am and banged it out in one day in awful heat. Snip snap done! Sad part is ive been ignored because ive been wanting to pay with credit card, people just want to do cash business it looks like. We just bought this house so a lot of bigger expenses goes on the cc at the moment.. these guys has no issues taking my venmo. I wish i could give them 10 stars as they deserve it. I could not be happier with the service. The whole family is sweet, polite and customer service oriented without gouging your wallet.

These Guys listened to what I required and gave me just what I had asked for. I felt like we spoke the same language which is not always what happens. They know their field and have provided me with 3 official sets of survey plus markers for all corners and some axillary markers for clarification. They also took the time to walk me though the boundaries and some of the history. Go ahead and use their service. Well worth it.

I'm trying to build a deck on the back of my house, and Planning & Zoning is giving me a hard time about lot coverage and setbacks. Clark Land Surveying was able to tell me exactly where the property lines lie, and even showed the setbacks on the map in relation to the house. This made it a breeze to get my deck plans approved by P&Z!

Prices are based off of our hourly rate. Field work = $125-$175/hr Drafting = $100/hr
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking the customer exactly what their needs and goals are. If we are not familiar with the area a new customer would like surveyed we will typically visit the site before making any suggestions or determining the best plan of action.
