- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give an upfront project quote so you know exactly what you are getting. When we know the target budget, we can adjust the scope of the work to fit budget constraints without sacrificing quality. We may also be able to come up with a different approach that may better fit the budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After being contacted we gather project and customer information before making a site visit. After discussing the project, we provide a written quote. If approved we get the project on the calendar.
