Advantage Moving hot back to us right away on the same day. They met us at the storage unit, filled their truck with care and unloaded at our new home an hour away. We would definitely use them again for our moving needs!

We were told that 2 guys were going to be moving us from our 2-bedroom apartment to house, but 3 showed up. This was especially nice considering movers charge by the hour. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure that any fragile items were handled with care. Being both professional and laid back, I would definitely use these guys for any future moves!

I’d hire this moving company again in the future. 2 young men showed up on time and finished the job one hour earlier than I expected. They did not take breaks, all they did was work until the job was done. I had done a lot of research and I found this to be the cheapest moving company around in Hartford. I gave the movers a $20 cash tip because they were paid for two hours they did not work. Instead of being thanked, I was met with shocking aggression and verbal intimidation. One mover repeatedly insisted the tip was only $5, even though it was clearly $20, and became increasingly hostile toward me. His tone, body language, and the way he spoke to me left me genuinely petrified and afraid for my safety. I felt extremely vulnerable inside my own home and worried that the situation could become physical. No customer should ever be made to feel threatened or unsafe, especially by people who have been given access to their home. This experience was terrifying and completely unacceptable.
