FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am flexible and situations often vary but I typically meet customers at their house or meet up somewhere to pick up the item needing repair and fix it at my work shop. Sometimes items can be repaired on the spot and I can do this at the customer's house, or if need be at my workshop and deliver it same day, unless we have to wait on a part that needed to be ordered.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up I've always had an interest for electronics --- not just using them but for taking things apart, figuring out how they work and repairing them. It was a natural progression that I became employed as a technician and I consider myself lucky to serve in a career doing not only what I am skilled at but also have a passion for.
