- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer financing and klarna! Along with checks and credit cards. Have multiple items you need fixed? We offer a multi service discount when items are completed at the same time! Have a military ID? We appreciate your service and offer military and first responders a discount!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers! We love you guys, you'll find us communicative. We use text and online booking to make your life easier. Once on the schedule, we come out for either a free estimate or to get the job done depending on your preference. We are happy to look over all your plumbing for free to make sure all our customers can be proactive rather then reactive which saves money in the long run!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our plumbers are state licensed! We also have apprentices so we can teach the next generation of plumbers!
