Prior to the event, Amanda quickly responded to all communications. The day of the event, she arrived early. She advised me that her helper, who I also hired, had car trouble and couldn't make it. Amanda said, "No worries, I got this," and she did. She did a great job making beautiful charcuterie trays, heating numerous hors d'oeuvres, serving the guests, and cleaning up. As it turned out, I didn't need the 2nd person. Amanda did it all and saved me some money. I highly recommend Amanda's services. She did a great job!
