Anthony B. says, "I had Mechanical Plumbing and Heating come out to replace my water heater, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The tech was super professional and careful — the work was neat, everything came out great, and there were zero leaks. Honestly, it was a total pain-free process from start to finish. Really happy with how it all turned out and would definitely recommend them!"See more

Nell T. says, "Mauricio is truly exceptional. From start to finish, he was professional, helpful, and just an overall great person to work with. What I appreciated the most is that I never felt like I was being hustled or overcharged—his pricing is very fair, which is rare these days. I’ve dealt with other plumbers before, and the pricing didn’t make sense even for the smallest jobs, but that was not the case here at all. I initially called him for a small issue, but it turned into something bigger. Even with that, he did everything he could to minimize the cost while still doing an amazing job. That alone speaks volumes about his honesty and integrity. He also traveled a good distance to come out, which I truly appreciated. He was very professional, cleaned up after the work was done, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Honestly, just a pleasure to work with. If you need a plumber, you will not be disappointed—he’s amazing. I will definitely be using him again. He’s officially my permanent plumber and will always be the first person I call for anything I need. Thank you again for all your help today—it is greatly appreciated. I have you locked in my phone and in my contacts 🙂"See more

Ted T. says, "As soon as I noticed a problem with my toilet, I logged on to ThumbTack for a plumber. Jose contacted me very quickly. After a brief text conversation and a painless negotiation Jose agreed to complete the repair - the next morning!! Jose arrived on time, got right to work and was able to navigate through the constraints of the small space and the other 'issues' that became more obvious as the repair got under way. Jose was quick to work through the problems - including a broken flange, short stub for the shut off valve, etc. Jose also addressed a separate issue with my tub/shower valve that I was unable to fix. Jose worked cleanly, with a sense of urgency and addressed all of my concerns. Overall Jose was fast, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Jose for any plumbing needs."See more
