You will not find ANYONE like John Bonafacio, so stop looking & hire this man! When you do, you’ll get a skilled contractor, great listener, humble person & philosopher all in one. We hired John to get a few things installed, & he handled those masterfully. What we got was much more than we bargained for: conversation with him reminded us of all the good in humanity.

As far as projects, he hung a heavy mirror with ease, built and painted us a perfect custom doorframe in a Home Depot parking lot in the dead of winter, installed a magnetic lock & a traditional lock, fixed a shelf, repaired & repainted over minor water damage, & indulged our need to lay a new rug JUST RIGHT under our giant couch.

He cleaned up after his work, asked questions to ensure we were happy with each job, & went above & beyond at every turn. He sent us photos of items while at Home Depot, wanting to make sure they were the type we wanted. He hand-drew a complex sketch to propose a solution to our door problem. Look no further than John Bonafacio. He is gold. Actual gold. Ten stars out of five!

I hired John to redo the installation of outdoor barn lights and to fabricate new mounting blocks for them. John takes real pride in his work and is a pleasure to work with. He was very careful to confer on design decisions and even offered to redo anything if I didn’t like how it came out (I did). I was very impressed with the end result!
