George came to my house and was super nice and informative, so I gave him the job. I requested several times for the statement of work to be sent over so I could send him a partial payment to buy materials. I never got this. Then we agreed on a start date of Monday and on Sunday night at midnight I get a message he wants to come Tuesday. When I ask him about it he says starting at 11 or 12 is a waste of his day. I’m the customer and the project needs to work around my availability not the contractor. I run a business out of my home so I have to work around my guests and not the other way around. Because he accepted the job I canceled on other contractors and so he left me big bind. I would not recommend him as he is not responsible, organized or reliable.

It is unfortunate to read this message that this person wrote but it is not true, it just changed my schedule. I never wrote to her on Sunday, it was she who wrote me a message at 11 pm, she said I can't start Monday at 8 am to come at 12 noon, so I told her I can't start. That time, because I live in Connecticut, it was a waste of time to start at noon, because I have to drive a lot 1:30 minutes away. I said that I can start on Tuesday at 8 am. We also made an agreement that the price would go down if she bought the materials she agreed to. Afterwards She says that I bought the materials included in the price, unfortunately I cannot accept because we already made an agreement 2 days before, I never gave up work but she told me that if I do not accept then she would look for another company I told her that I looked for another company that did not I have a problem because the price was already very cheap. I couldn't work for this client for free. It's a pity we didn't reach an agreement
