I wrote a review on the wrong person page my apologizes , we were contacted quickly had out house power washed they were incredibly professional spent a lot of time covering my tress before they started We were very happy with the workers and did a great job, we will be hiring them again for another project

George came to my house and was super nice and informative, so I gave him the job. I requested several times for the statement of work to be sent over so I could send him a partial payment to buy materials. I never got this. Then we agreed on a start date of Monday and on Sunday night at midnight I get a message he wants to come Tuesday. When I ask him about it he says starting at 11 or 12 is a waste of his day. I’m the customer and the project needs to work around my availability not the contractor. I run a business out of my home so I have to work around my guests and not the other way around. Because he accepted the job I canceled on other contractors and so he left me big bind. I would not recommend him as he is not responsible, organized or reliable.

It is unfortunate to read this message that this person wrote but it is not true, it just changed my schedule. I never wrote to her on Sunday, it was she who wrote me a message at 11 pm, she said I can't start Monday at 8 am to come at 12 noon, so I told her I can't start. That time, because I live in Connecticut, it was a waste of time to start at noon, because I have to drive a lot 1:30 minutes away. I said that I can start on Tuesday at 8 am. We also made an agreement that the price would go down if she bought the materials she agreed to. Afterwards She says that I bought the materials included in the price, unfortunately I cannot accept because we already made an agreement 2 days before, I never gave up work but she told me that if I do not accept then she would look for another company I told her that I looked for another company that did not I have a problem because the price was already very cheap. I couldn't work for this client for free. It's a pity we didn't reach an agreement

I'm not sure why the clients think that the work is cheap, everything is expensive, the gasoline, the materials are expensive, I think my price is cheap because I gave them everything, including material and labor, the work consists of drywall, painting compound, if you don't like it just say you're not on your budget it doesn't leave a bad impression on the contractor if you don't have a budget have the client do the job A thousand apologies to all the clients that not all are the same. I have had good conscious clients. The contractor's labor has a value, above all, my work is excellent. I cannot do it for free.

George reads your messages and doesn’t respond. I don’t care if he’s no longer interested in the job, just say you’re not and move on. Communicate.
He’ll call you and make believe he is, but is as if he’s a scam artist. Just be cautious of this guy and don’t hire him if you come across his profile.
Horrible at communicating.
