Interviewed 6-7 providers to replace my carpet with hardwood. Horacio from VRP is knowledgeable, patient and worked with me to find the best material to my budget and liking. They replaced 1100 square feet hardwood in 2 days and very happy with the result. Horacio is responsive and his guys are professional. Will definitely work with him again.

This will be the best and strongest positive review I have ever left for a service. I had to move suddenly, and did not want to leave the high quality, almost brand-new carpet I had installed in two bedrooms. Quotes to just take it up were sky high, without even removing the carpet tack strips. I was so discouraged. Then Horace messaged me, and asked many detailed questions about my situation. Long story short, Horace ended up removing the carpeting and padding along with the carpet tacks, cut it to the new rooms' measurements, took it to a business that bound the edges, then delivered it to my new place and laid it, along with padding, in my two new bedrooms.Side note, he spent a lot of time and was very careful to leave the floors swept and clean in the old place. He turned a difficult situation into fantastic results. As for price, the overall cost was not much higher than some others had quoted for just taking it up! Very reasonable. Horace was concerned, responsive, and communicative. He not only did the work, he figured out the how, who, when and where that I could not have done for myself. And he is extremely courteous and professional. I cannot recommend Horace and his service highly enough. He is a rare find. Thank you, Horace.

I just hired VRP services to replace my carpet with solid oak wood floor. Positive experience. The owner Horace came in and gave me detailed quote in person. It's the best quote I could get comparing to others I checked later including chain stores (most of them outsource to other contractors). He and his father Cido worked with me to choose the material that most closely match my other connecting wood floor area. Days within the material arrival the team of 3 came to my house on time and got the work done in one day. My old floor has extra plywood beneath the carpet which is unexpected, Horace gave me reasonable price to take the extra layer out before putting in 2 1/4 inch wide wood pieces. They explained things to me such as putting a layer of paper under the wood so would not block its natural ventilation. The project including a lot of sorting, sanding, precisely cutting, nailing, leveling. For an old house, I would not be more than happier with the end result- a shiny eye soothing wood floor every time I walk on it. They put on plastic curtains to block the dust flying around, vacuumed clean the floor and took away all the waste. They are professional, honest, and attentive to your questions. I would highly recommend VRP to my friends and family.

Horace came to the house and inspected carpet bubbles and gave me a reasonable quote for stretching the carpets in all the rooms. He and Marco performed the work the next morning and did an excellent job both stretching carpet, moving furniture & doors back to original place and cleaning up.
