CLEANING While most cleaners today will use machines and chemicals, we insist on natural soaps, as well as old-fashioned hand washing of every area rug we service - This includes "Beating" the back of your rug to first remove any built in dust and dirt and then hand washing the back and face with natural soap and water. We DO NOT expose your rugs to machines or chemicals, so they will not be compromised in any way. REPAIR With an expert weaver on-site, we are capable of virtually any type of repair to handmade and machine-made area rugs. Weaving in Iran from this teen years, Barry brings the highest level of knowledge and talent to the company with ability to repair simple fringe to reweaving a large hole in your rug - We are extremely fortunate to have Barry on our team! APPRAISALS We know and love rugs - all types - Which is I am a certified rug appraiser and trusted and hired by various insurance companies for this service. Whether it be for insurance purposes or your own knowledge, we offer accurate appraisals of new and old area rugs. I love seeing all types of area rugs and the improvement our services make to them - I would say one of the biggest enjoyments of this business to me is knowing we are doing some good things for customers' rugs - This comes from knowing that our process is one of the safest and most effective there is and it's a pleasure watching the transformation when a rug goes from being soiled and matted to the fresh and lively look it gets after we are finished with it.
